The Celtic lands of Ireland and Scotland are known for their beauty and for that reason many movies have been shot. The scenery is breath-taking and the Castles are spectacular!

We are bringing you on a journey through the magical Dublin to Belfast to Edinburgh, where we explore the magical landscape with it lush green fields, rugged mountains, amazing venues and its history. We visit places like Malahide Castle, Temple Bar area of Dublin. We go south to visit Powerscourt Waterfall and gardens, we visit Castle Ward which was the Game of Thrones location, the breath-taking Glens of Antrim, Giants Causeway.

We take a ferry ride across to Scotland from Belfast and we stop in for a visit to Glasgow before going on to Edinburgh. We visit Palaces such as Holyrodhouse, Linlithgow, Falkland, Castles such as Edinburgh, Doune Castle and Aberdour. We explore Edinburgh at our own pace and just soak it all up before returning to Dublin Ireland where we actually stay in a 4 star 18th century Castle.

Itinerary

This itinerary is subject to change due to weather, availability, restrictions.

Day 1

We pick you up at terminal 2 Dublin airport and take you 

on a journey to visit Malahide Castle, we then go into the City where we give you a bus tour and then stop outside the presidents residence which is called "Arus an Utachtrián". We then visit the National Botanic Gardens and have a stroll around the famous Temple bar area of Dublin.

Day 2

We take you to the beautiful and relaxing Powerscourt House and Gardens. We also visit the magnificent waterfall there and then we go to Glendalought where we visit a 5th century monistic settlement and St Kevins round tower.

Day 3

Today we leave Dublin and go North. We visit Newgrange underground passage tomb. Pre-dating the pyramids by 500 years this structure is truly amazing, and while there the guide will tell you about the winter solstice and how the light shines down the long entrance  to light up the inner chambers.  We then go to Castle Ward which was one of the locations for the Game of Thrones, and then we to Belfast Castle before settling into our accommodation in Belfast.

Day 4

We take you on a scenic journey through the Glens of Antrim. It is a coastal drive through stunning scenery. We then stop at Carrick-a-Reed rope bridge before finally visiting the Giants Causeway! There are no words to describe this part of the country but you won't ever forget your visit here!

Day 5

We leave on Stena lines ferry today and cross the Irish see. We land in Cairnryan and then we make our way to Glasgow for our first stop. We do a little exploring there before going to Edinburgh where we stay for the duration of our stay in Scotland!

Day 6

Today we visit Edinburgh Castle which dominates the Edinburgh skyline. Human activity on the rock can be traced back to the 2nd century.We then we visit the Palace of Holyrood house which is the Queens residence while she visits Scotland and we then go to The Scotch Whiskey Experience!

Day 7

Day off for you to explore Edinburgh at your own pace. There is so much to see and do and you can explore the shops, you could visit the National Museum or the Old Town, or you could walk the Royal Mile. Do some shopping too!

Day 8

Harry Potter tour. 

Can you imagine seeing Diagon Alley in real life? Are you ready to stand in front of the gates of the most famous school of wizardry? Do you want to hear the story of the real Sorting Hat? Do you want to see where Lord Voldemort is buried?

We then take a trip up to St Andrews in Fife. We visit the Cathedral and a place called Dunino Den. This was a sacred place used by the Druids and once you go there and see all the stone carvings and magical nooks you will want to come back again.

Day 9

We return to Glasgow for a short visit before getting the Ferry to Belfast. We stay in Belfast tonight but we can explore Belfast and do a pub crawl in the evening.

Day 10

We leave Belfast and go South to Dublin. We visit Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, Hillsborough Castle sits on 100 acres and it has a beautiful walled garden, Lady Alice's Temple and so much more, then we stop off at Ballynoe Stone Circle and Tollymore Forest which was also a location used on the Game of Thrones.

We then make our way to Fitzparticks Castle in Killiney Dublin where we enjoy our last night living like Royalty. We enjoy all the old world charm of a 18th century castle while having all the modern conveniences of a modern hotel.

Day 11

We leave the Castle and return to the airport where we won't say Goodbye but rather ....we wish you a safe flight home and see you back again soon!
